Important Please read carefully:

"All Undercliff walks are led by local experts and frequently take in
remote, isolated and inaccessible parts of the reserve well away from
the coast path. Terrain is very rough and walking guaranteed to be
strenuous, demanding and hard going so consequently you must be fit,
able and in good health. You must also inform us of any medical
conditions that may need emergency medical treatment when booking on
these walks and we reserve the right to refuse permission to join a walk
for any reason.
Bring a packed lunch and a drink."
